When we received our food it was freezing cold. I rang to inform where I was told that because of the time there was nothing they could do but would be sorted on a future order. I have tried to place an order tonight where they have denied all knowledge of the phone call complaining about the food being cold and said that there was nothing they could do. Disgusting customer service and cold food.
